Cara Mengatasi Windows Explorer Yang Not Responding

Gejala: Ketika Anda menutup jendela Windows Explorer, Windows Explorer mungkin berhenti merespons (hang)

Mengatasi Explorer Tidak Merespon

• 1. Tekan tombol Ctrl+Alt+Del, kemudian tunggu sampai muncul Window Task Manager, maka akan langsung muncul

Catatan: Jika OS(Opertion System) yang kamu gunakan Window 7, maka kamu akan di alihkan ke tampilan lain dan dalam tampilan tersebut, terdapat beberapa beberapa pilihan, klik opsi pilihan “Start Window Task Manager” atau yang lainnya, kemudian tunggu Kotak tampilan window task manager muncul

• 2. Pada Tampilan Window Task Manager,

Pertama pilih opsi Processes

• Kedua, cari daftar Process Explorer.exe

Cara mencarinya mudah,
Perhatikan dalam kotak tabel daftar Processes, klik salah satu process, kemudian setelah salah satunya terpilih, lalu tekan E pada keyboard.
Maka secara otomatis, pilhan akan langsung loncat ke processes yang awal nama processesnya berawal dengan huruf depan E, pilihan akan loncat satu persatu .

3. Jika Processes Explorer.exe sudah kamu temukan, kemudian Klik Kanan, lalu Klik pilihan End Process(Jangan Tutup/Close Window Task Manager)

4. Kemudian program explorer akan berhenti total dan tampilan desktop akan menjadi kosong
5. Kembali pada program window task manajer yang masih berjalan,
Setelah itu: 1). Klik menu File, lalu pilih opsi New Task (Run)
2). Pada kotak masukan, ketikan explorer
3). Tekan enter, atau klik ok.
